UCT Faculty of Law offering update courses   Article Date :20 Jul 2005 Topics - Labour Law, Property Law, Tax Law, Corporate Law TOO BUSY TO KEEP UP WITH DEVELOPMENTS IN THE LAW? WE CAN HELP….. The UCT Faculty of law is pleased to present its biennial update courses in the following fields of law: 27 July 2005- Labour Law 14 September 2005-Property Law 8 August 2005- Tax law 24 August 2005- Corporate law The updates each comprising a four-hour session, focus on developments in the specific field of law within the last 12-18 months. It is geared to practitioners and those in the commercial field who want an overview of the most important legislative developments, judicial pronouncements and academic critique. The update course will be presented at the University in the Kramer Law Building, Middle Campus and the charge is R550 per update per person.
